It’s time for an update…

I’m currently working as Festival Manager at Chorlton Arts Festival, a dream job, working with a great team, musicians, artists and the local community to create a 10 day festival from 17th to 27th May.

Even more exciting is the fact that this year there will be the ‘Chorlton Weekender’ a four day event featuring a whole host of live acts from Chew Lips to The Handsome Family, a bit like Camden Crawl but in the North.

Welcome to my site. I’m Ella, a freelance producer and project manager living and working in Manchester. I specialise in festival production and have worked on a variety of projects from film festivals to processions with organisations such as Manchester International Festival and Cornerhouse.

I also run Platform 54, a management, events and publications company promoting bands and musicians as well as publishing and distributing a monthly zine, Lost in the Supermarket.
